if the cat is away, the mouse will play – meaning if the boss is away, the employees will slack off or

if there’s no supervision, the kids will have a ball

rocks dropping from the skies, whoever gets hit don’t get mad – meaning these are just random thoughts, if you’re guilty stay cool. it was totally unintentional.

When the big cat is not around, the little mice come out to play (instead of hiding in their hole). It is when we are free (or not scared of anything) that we get to enjoy life to the max.

Rocks/Stones falling from above, if they hit you don’t get mad. People say accusatory remarks all the time, not really directed to anyone in particular. So don’t show anger or any violent reaction. If you do, that could be construed as guilt on your part.
