The Philippine language is called Tagalog
I'm located in the United States and I'm looking for beginner computer books written in Tagalog. Does anyone know where I can purchase some.

I don’t think there is any since most Filipinos will want to learn computers in English. And also, the school curriculum will most probably use history and culture as subject matters for discussion in Tagalog (or Pilipino) subjects. So, there is no need to be discussing computers in Tagalog.
Anyway, in my opinion, it doesn’t make sense to have books about computer written in Tagalog because Filipinos usually don’t or can’t translate technical terms perfectly. We’d probably just end up with practically the same English words, but with slightly different spelling.
