Read Yahoo rules. Philippines Travel is an International forum. Many different people from many different countries participate in the forum. To get the most out of this forum, there must be a common language. English must be used per Yahoo rules.

Hello Filipinos, can you translate and answer this?
details:
"bakit mahirap pa rin hanggang ngayon ang pilipinas?"

Since we are all using YA we should all abide with its Guidelines & one of its rules tell to use English. But if you want to use Tagalog, especially in YA Travel Philippines, then you may do so provided that you include an English translation.

Simple lang is right. Be resourceful Just like the way a lawyer changes his question when objected upon and sustained. Recast but still get the answer you want.

Use whatever language you want. If they like you, you will not be reported but beware if you are not liked.
I suggest you either ask in Tagalog with an English tranlation of ask in Tagalog and ask for a translation (from one of the answers above me).

this is an international thing, not exclusively for filipinos so you need to write in a universal language where everybody understands.........especially the yahoo moderators, they need to know what you are writing, you might be saying something that's illegal
