"Siguro hindi talaga para sa’kin ‘to" translated by word is:

"Perhaps not really for me this"

* "Siguro" is loaned from the Spanish "seguro" which means "sure". In Tagalog, the meaning has evolved to "maybe" or "perhaps".

* "Para", also a Spanish loanword, means "for." It’s used exactly the same way in Tagalog.

kin-me (short for "akin", it should be written as ‘kin)
to-this (short for "ito", it should be written as ‘to)

the use of ‘ is the same in tagalog and in english to indicate omission of letters

siguro hindi talaga ito nakatadhana para sa akin.

but you can use it also.
