Since the Philippines was colonized by the Spaniards for so long, there are a lot of similarities between Spanish and Filipino. As a native Filipino speaker who has taken years of Spanish classes, I strongly suggest you try learning Spanish as well. It wasn’t that hard for me to adjust and it certainly gave me an advantage over my classmates.

From Filipino, I would say Spanish, since many words are similar.
For some reason, the Scandinavian languages [Swedish, Norwegian, Danish] are quite easy to learn for an English speaker. Reading or writing is easy, just the pronunciation and listening would be difficult.
