English and Tagalog are completely unrelated languages. English is a Germanic language in the Indo-European family. Tagalog is a Philippine language in the Austronesian family. Grammatically and phonologically they are quite different.
They don’t sound the same. LOL!
there are several different dialects in the phillipines.they are all alpha numeric like english.the difference then is spelling, pronunciation, and meaning.helpful, arent i lol.
I know many Filipinos speak Tagalog and English but I think the only difference other than the actual language and words is the alphabet. English has 26 letter whereas Tagalog has 28.
You have to be kidding.
Like, EVERYTHING!
Grammar, vocabulary, etc. They are two distinct languages. English is a Teutonic language while Filipino is Malayo-Polinesian. They are not even closely related.
