cute, in philippines vernacular has a lot of meaning means small but beautifull, there is small but ugly it depends the your expression how to expound it not to offended to any.

I think its "nakakagigil" or perhaps its "guwapo". well it doesn’t have a specific meaning.. it depends on your sentence or the way you use it.
