Tagalog: How do you say these frases in Tagalog, and how are they written?
I work with this dude from the Philipines, and he is leaving in a few days. I want to say this to him in his own language:
"Merry Christmas"
"Good luck, Carlo"
"I hate plastic" (It's an inside joke lol).
So, how are these written in Tagalog, and how are they pronounced. Thanks in advance.

actually there are some words that we Filipinos usually used English than Tagalog because its more appropriate and more personal especially if your having a conversation with your friend.
Merry Christmas is Maligayang Pasko
( Ma-li-ga-yang Pas-ko )
Good luck, Carlo with this its better to keep it as it is or yet change the name Carlo to PARE ( pa-re ) it means dude/friend or buddy.

I hate plastic – you can say – ayoko sa plastik
( a-yo-ko sa plas-tik) cause plastic refers to ones persons’ personality which untrue/ liars or back stabber. though this phrase is okay if it’s an inside joke. ^_^
