This pus.sy Martin tried to be smart with me by posting this...

oh, Jack H. would i love to have a private discussion with you. ever dated a filipina? ever traveled to the philippines? speak any tagalog at all? know anything about the culture or the country at all? have any idea what manny does in his private life? think anything he does over there is ever reported by anyone? know who that old dude in the suits who's always in the ring with him is? ever traveled to asia? ever dated a japanese girl? ever been to japan? ever boxed? know anything about politics? you are more naive than paris hilton.

And this was my reply...

@Martin: Actually, I am a Filipino. From Mandaluyong. And I have met Manny Pacquiao twice when he was still a struggling boxer more than a decade ago. We spoke briefly at the 'lugawan' in front of Mandaluyong City Hall Gym (Now is a Jollibee restaurant) where he used to train. He struck me as a very personable young fellow (I am 8 years older than him), a very cocky boxer back then but outside the ring, very amiable. If I sounded biased, it's probably because of this impression I have of him.

I wonder what he has to say about that? LOL

And Martin you asked.."speak any tagalog at all?"

Yes I do. And in the spirit of my country's anniversary of independence being celebrated today, let me say..

"WAG MO NANG SUBUKAN SIRAIN ANG DANGAL NG MGA PILIPINO. ISANG BALA KA LANG PUTANGINA KA!!!!"

Hello, I am from the United States and I was sending IM's to someone from the Philippines. They didn't speak English very well so they sent me some messages in their language. I'm looking for someone who can translate those messages for me.

Can you help me out?

I understand some tagolog but not much. Here are the ones that I don't fully understand.

1) "nag chat ako saaking kaibigan ok"

2) "i kaw c goro mafami kang ka chat ngnyon"

3) "ta ma ba ao"

4) "kasi nakikita kita sa cam mo"

5) "ok lang naman saakin"

6) "wag mong sabihin hindi mo alang ang meneng yon"

I don't think the spelling is good either but maybe you can still tell what is being said. Thanks a lot for you time....

"Ang pogi mula sa paa hanggang sa ulo lkaw lang ang para sa akin! Wag mo akong ewan hindi ko kayang mag-isa"

I just notice since few days ago that there are too many new accounts like mine who are asking almost the same questions every day. So let's see if these answerers and askers can translate this into English or their own language/ dialect.. I hope

"Kapag wala ang pusa naglalaro ang mga daga."

and

"Bato-bato sa langit, ang tamaan 'wag magagalit."

Thanks!
