My Lolas just came here to the states and I would like to get to know them better and I sometimes have trouble speaking with them because I can only understand but it's hard for me to speak. So if anyone out there could IM or message me, I would greatly appreciate the help. OH! BTW, I'm 13 so the translations won't be that hard, just simple things. (:
I am trying to find tagalog translations of some songs like disney or something. I am not that good at translating, even though I can speak the language. A link would be helpful.
Hi! I would like to learn tagalog. I am filipino, but ever since I was born, my parents spoke to me in english. I know that they should try to talk to me in tagalog,(they know that I want them to talk to me in tagalog so it could help me) but when they talk to me in tagalog, I get so confused! I've searched the web for 'lessons' and stuff, but seeing the translations in 'words' doesn't help much... Books don't help either. So I've seen the Rosetta Stone commercial like a bazillion times and I'm pretty interested in it. (From the commercial, it looks like it really helps...with the pictures and all...its pretty neat!) But its so expensive!!! >.< So could anyone recommend something similar to Rosetta Stone (much cheaper though) or any websites that helped you at all learn tagalog?
i need translations of these in as many possible Filipino dialects/ foreign languages:

I would prefer those who speak tagalog fluently to answer this rather than the online translations. What would this translate to in english ? "Alam king hindi mo alam, narito lang ako."
Thank you !
we laughed and played
at the start
like in a game
you could've stayed
outside my heart
but in you came
and here you'll stay
until it's time
for you to go
Okay, guys, make your translations as funny as you can...and please back-translate it to English, for the benefit of the non-Tagalog speakers. Thank you.
Oh, spaghetti for all answerers and thumbs up too.
