How can I stop my habit of speaking "Taglish"?

I was born in Manila, Philippines, but moved to Canada when I was young. I still speak/understand Tagalog. I always seem to combine Tagalog and English together, that nowadays I don't even know how to say that English word in Tagalog.

For example, "Ma, mag-sho-shower lang ako ha?" "Nag coo-cook ako ng food."
Which mean, Ma, I'm just gonna shower okay? and I'm cooking food.

I want to just speak pure Tagalog without substituting any English words into it, but it's become a habit of mine and my family's, how can I stop this?
Also, how can I build up my vocabulary again? I have forgotten a lot of words, but not exactly "forgotten", like I can't think of it myself but if someone says that word to me, I remember it and the meaning of the word, unless I've never heard of the word before.

Also, I have a question for Bisaya and Ilocano people, do you guys also combine English into your language?

am 25 yrs old, i know i have a beauty and kind person, but sometimes am like a lazy and not too much pretty...right now am here in dubai to forget everyting about my husband. i love him but he irresponsible man, and so many problems he gave to me and to my family...we married almost 5yrs, but 2yrs more than, he always not in my side, and going to somewhere he never told to me...am always crying and feeling selfpitty.
last yr i decided to end all, and starting a new life. but right now i found a guy that he always makes me happy, he is not pilipino and is not ok to speak english and some english word is he dont know also and me too. but we understand each other, and everything is really happy for us... i think i love him already, but my trust to him i did not give...i feel his the same of my husband and other guy. wat can i do? how can i give my trust to him?
