I'm looking for any preferably native Tagalog speakers who can check these Tagalog lyrics for me

They're lyrics to We Could Happen by AJ Rafael, but I changed them to Tagalog to see if it works. I'm an 18-year-old native-born Filipino but am having a bit of trouble with the translating, haha.

If you know the song well, then the context makes my question a bit easier to answer!

Just let me know if these lyrics makes sense, and if you can, let me know if we can make any corrections or improvements!

I mean, that they have to use another language like English to understand each other. Or sometimes they use this dialogue:
"Nasan na you?"
"Dito na me!"
Can you give me other reasons why they don't speak in Tagalog?
What do you think is happening to their language? What's your reaction to this?

Some of it may be slang, as it was seen on a blogging website. I know the first line is "gosh it surprised me." Then I think towards the end it says "I searched pregnant."

If someone could just translate it all correctly for me that would be great.

I don't understand some things in the language. Din and rin are also alike to "dito" and "rito", so for instance, which is correct?: "But if you wanna be friends with him, pwede din!" or "...pwede rin!" Which is correct? When do I use the D or the R?
