I can speak and understand english language but Engish is not my native language (I'm a Filipino) so it's quite difficult for me to understand what "neti" means. I've tried looking in dictionaries but I guess it's an informal word so I cant find it. Thank You....

I want to learn how to speak Tagalog. I really like the language and culture and I have friends who speak, but they can only do so much and I know a few words. *the simple ones*. I tried looking online to learn but I mostly get dictionaries and little phrases. But i want to learn it like I'm learning Japanese. Like sentence structure and being tested online and things like that. So if you could help that would be great.

Ok, so I was born in da Philippines. I moved to America when I was 4. That was when I completely forgot how to speak Tagalog. I really miss speaking this and I've tried using dictionaries but it's too hard for me. Do any of you know a better,easier way I can learn how to speak that again? Any websites or certain books?
