I definitely don't think it's Tagalog. Tagalog doesn't sound like anything to me but... Tagalog.

My mother said it was the language they speak in Cebu that sounds the most like Spanish, but I'm not so sure...

I just notice since few days ago that there are too many new accounts like mine who are asking almost the same questions every day. So let's see if these answerers and askers can translate this into English or their own language/ dialect.. I hope

my question was reported and was also denied when i appealed this, i posted my question in the philippine language, tagalog and it was reported, the category i used was travel, philippines meant for filipino answerers. the question was, "bakit mahirap pa rin hanggang ngayon ang pilipinas"
