Since the Filipino language is supposed to evolve how do they decide what words to use?
The constitution states that since Filipino is mostly Tagalog that it must evolve using other Filipino languages as to better represent the country as a whole and distance itself from Tagalog so how do they choose what words to add to the Filipino language.

Evolution is a long process. But newer colloquial or informal expressions and loan words certainly make their way into the vocabulary. Nobody can help it. As long as people communicate, there will be small but obvious changes over time.
I bet that even just a generation ago people speak somewhat differently, let alone our ancestors.
I have no clue but why would they want to do that?
I don’t like the idea of tagalog "evolving". It sounds great the way it is.
