Is there a good English to Tagalog, translation website or program?
I am looking for a program or translation website that will translate phrases and sentences from English into Tagalog and reverse.
Not just words.
My understanding of Tagalog is almost nil, and I do not have the grammatical skills necessary for proper sentence formation in Tagalog.
That makes any word only or dictionary program/web site useless to me.

No, there is no effective translation program online as of yet. There is an online Tagalog course at
http://www.seasite.niu.edu/TAGALog/Tagalog_Homepage99/learning_tagalog_on_this_site.htm
The best thing for you to do would be to order a Tagalog language course such as Rosetta Stone or something (though I’ve seen it and some things make me cringe with their inaccuracy) and practice with Tagalog speaking friends.
If you are just looking to translate a few things quickly to impress a Filipino you know, then go find another Filipino and they’ll be more than happy to help you!
Check it out, search at the web by yourself.
