If you speak Tagalog, could you translate this short bit for me?
gosh nagulat ako dito. haha. kala ko joke joke lanh nung nagsearch akong buntis. hahaha. omg.
Some of it may be slang, as it was seen on a blogging website. I know the first line is "gosh it surprised me." Then I think towards the end it says "I searched pregnant."
If someone could just translate it all correctly for me that would be great.

• "Gosh, nagulat ako dito. Haha, akala ko joke lang nung nagsearch akong buntis. Hahaha, omg."
I literally translates to:
• "Gosh, I was surprised at this. Haha, I thought it was just a joke when I searched pregnant. Hahaha, omg."
I’m still kind of confused at this phrase, "nag-search akong buntis", I don’t exactly get what she really means by it, "when I searched pregnant" sounds odd/awkward to me. But, in any case that’s what it literally translates to ^.^
• Notes:
"It surprised me." would be "Ginulat ako nito."
But, "Nagulat ako dito. would be "I was surprised/shocked at this."
