The Philippine language is called Tagalog
so when i go to college in the philippines next year, i could speak english and tagalog at the same time...and i dont need to speak english in the mall anymore....

It’s not easy to learn a language but best thing that you can do is to be blended with the culture and learn from what you hear. You can learn from your peers. Once you are immersed with the culture, you will learn a lot. There are books to learn from as well. You can apply what you learned from books with your peers.
try Rosetta Stone software, it wil require some installation like a flash player or Shockwave. You will enjoy learning there. It has quiz after each lesson.
it is not that hard to learn Tagalog just be careful in pronunciation because we only have one sound for each.
