Maxi, just shut up because your answer is wrong and stop thumbing down J.J just because he has a correct answer! D:<
J.J. is correct. It means "Is it really (name) now, huh?" This phrase is used when talking about crushes, girlfriends, boyfriends and stuff. For example, someone has so many crushes. Then, their friend asks them "Is it really (name) now, huh?" or "Are you for sure that the last one would be (name) now, huh?"
Sorry if my explanation wasn’t clear, I tried.
"Is it really [name] now, huh?"
Give me my steak [name], now I mean it!
