How to learn Tagalog fluently as soon as poosible…?
I am a half filipina. My dad is from Pakistan and my mom is obviously from the Philippines. I know how to talk in Urdu ( language in Pakistan )a little, but not really Tagalog, only maybe hi's and how are you's.
So is there a thing that will make me faster to learn Tagalog besides... Rossetta Stone

The fastest way is probably to visit the Philippines with your mom. Immersion is always the fastest road to fluency.
Short of that, your mom could only speak to you in Tagalog. I don’t know if you still live with her, but if so, that would help. If your mom has family nearby that you can visit, they could also speak only in Tagalog to you. A couple of weeks surrounded by Filipinos should get you conversational.
It’s not likely that you get TV or radio in Tagalog, but with the internet, satellite TV, and DVDs, I bet you could find Tagalog language news and entertainment too.
Short of that, you are going to need something like Rosetta Stone or Pimsleur.
Check the internet for Philippines related communities. I got to learn many tagalog words without being really interested in the topic just hanging around those places. Eventually I can recommend to you to check this site: http://www.pinay-girls.com, Join and start a tagalog study group and I’m sure you will find some followers. I might jump in as well. Good luck!
