The Philippine language is called Tagalog
I listened to Filipino talk since I was born but I don't speak it. I know pronunciation already and am almost fluent in Spanish. How difficult or how much easier would it be for me to learn Tagalog? It the structure more difficult than Spanish or easier?

Go to the iTunes music store and search "LearnTagalog". There you will find many FREE LESSONS you can download. Have fun and this IS without question the best answer to your question.
I think it will be lot easier for you since you allready know how to speak Spanish..some of our words are derived from Spanish.
Rosetta Stone is a good software for learning but I think everyday conversation practice will make you learn faster.
try reading Tagalog books…
with an English-Tagalog / Tagalog-English dictionary on your side…

well, around 20-30% of all Filipino vocabulary are derived from Spanish… I’m currently learning Spanish right now, and it seems to be a little bit easy for me, maybe you too can learn Tagalog pretty easily, too…
try reading tagalog books with a handy english tagalog dictionary..

You have to start by learning the words from a Filipino-English and English-Filipino dictionary.
You could speak it in a matter of weeks but fluency requires constant immersion with the natives.
You could also watch Filipino movies to learn the different inflections, diction and grammar.
Better still, hire a tutor.
I saw one chinese owner of a hardware store being taught by a Filipina helper during a lull in the sales.

Even though you speak spanish it will still be difficult to learn Tagalog. The reason is that even though they use Spanish words the sentence structure and conjegations are totally different. I would suggest finding a book that teaches how verbs are conjegated and how sentences are put together. I am an American and learned Tagalog when I was 19 years old as a missionary in Olongapo. If I can learn it so can you.
How to learn Tagalog?
When I was studying Korean, I listened to a lot of Korean music. It makes you read faster too. The good thing about Tagalog is that there aren’t tagalog characters to study first.
And since a lot of Tagalog words are Spanish and the sentence structure is quite similar, I think learning the Tagalog would be a breeze for you.
