The Philippine language is called Tagalog
I know a little of Tagalog. How do you know if you can speak it fluently?
Is there any website that has alot of tagalog words to make you speak it fluently? Tagalogs kinda hard I know the alphabet except its hard to remember becuase there is alot of words to say.

You just have to practice conversing everyday with someone who speaks the language. You can only memorize as much as you want when you check out online. Speaking out the words and forming sentences is entirely up to how much you try to use it.
If you really want to speak Tagalog fluently, then you should talk a lot or have some conversation always to your Filipino friends or family. It’s the greatest help to know the language better. You will not learn if you’re just reading it in the internet. You should practice it.
There’s no website that teaches Tagalog, but there’s a software I’m sure. It’s "Rosetta Stone".
