How do you say this in tagalog? ?
Translation sites always seem to show obvious mistakes, like not translating some words so I lost trust in them. This is for a birthday card for my grandma who doesn't speak english. I dont speak tagalog though, unfortunately. Can anyone help translate at least some of it.
With loving thoughts and memories of the wonderful mother you've always been, With heartfelt gratitude for the special grandmother you are,With warm wishes for you to enjoy your day and remember how very much you're loved.

May kalakip na pagmamahal at magagandang alaala ng isang inang nanatiling kamangha-mangha mula noon hanggang ngayon.
Kalakip ang buong pusong pasasalamat para sa isang natatanging lolang kagaya mo.
Kasama ang taos na kahilingan na sana’y maging maging masaya ka sa araw na ito at iyong maalala kung gaano kang lubos na minamahal.
Sorry if i changed some of the words, there were some phrases that were difficult to translate in tagalog and making a literal translation sounds kinda awkward.
kalakip means enclosed. may kalakip means enclosed with
kasama means company. may kasama means accompanied with sometimes, the ‘may’ is omitted.
pagmamahal means love. mapagmahal means loving. the tagalog term for thoughts could’ve been ‘isipin’ or kaisipan (?) but combining them together doesn’t make a lot of sense to me so i omitted thoughts and just used pagmamahal.
taos actually means sincere and there’s actually a direct translation for warm which is ‘mainit.’ It just sound awkward to use it in this context since i’ve never heard of ‘mainit na kahilingan’ although we do say ‘mainit na pagbati’ or warm greetings/regards.
