Does Jaime Zobel de Ayala know how to speak in Tagalog?
I've always wondered. he's been living in the philippines for a long time, but i've never seen him use the language on tv or in print interviews.

puta's a spanish word. i know some chinese cuss words too even though i don't speak the language.

Maybe, I never heard him say a single word in filipino. But his son Fernando speaks filipino fluently

now wouldn’t it be strange if his cousin Jaime Zobel de Ayala doesn’t know it? their entire clan has been in the islands for 20 generations. i’m pretty sure they all speak the language despite looking a bit too European for the average Filipino.
