The Philippine language is called Tagalog
well since the words in MS word are in english do you know how I can make it to filipino? besides re-writing it in filipino which would take a lot of time.

You won’t find any program that will give you a true/correct translation simply because same words can have different meanings, grammar rules are different in different languages, etc. Your best bet would be to go to the MS website and see if they have the software for the dictionary of language then, at most you can perform spell-check once you’ve written the text for yourself.
