Could anyone tell the difference between Tagalog and Filipino language?
Filipino is the official language in the Philippines and I know it is based from Tagalog. Could you pls specify its difference, its description?

Filipino is the national language of the Philippines. Tagalog is one of the 80+ dialects spoken in the country. Each region &/ province have their own dialect. Tagalog probably is the most popular dialect but there is also Ilokano, Ilonggo, Kapampangan, Bikolano, Cebuano etc.
I’m filippino. tagalog is the filippino language. There’s really no diffrence.
