I don’t think "pinagpala" is common in Manila? But that’s the simplest word I can think of.
And by the way, my translation is "Oh, no, God just blessed me", not the same, I know, but it has the same meaning.
mine will be blessing lang galing kay god. coz now a days people tend to used "borrowed" words form another language such as English!
