'Oi salamat mo ko, mei biz aq, join ka, seryoso.
I know it's a lot of broken slang but the general idea of what this means would be awesome thanks!!

I'm going to have a college interview this April 3, 2008.

Is it okay if I speak Filipino in the interview, after all it is the University of the Philippines.

Yeah, I know it is better if I speak in english, but I'm not that fluent in speaking it. I run out of words fast and get my tongue twisted fast. What do I do? Thanks

Could you tell which province or region a Filipino is a native of, by the way she or he speaks in Tagalog or English, i.e., intonation, accent, choice of words, etc?

I could tell if someone is Ilonggo by her manner of speech, though I couldn't tell if she's from Bacolod or Iloilo. But some Ilonggos could even identify the town another Ilonggo is from, by listening to him speak.

I work with this dude from the Philipines, and he is leaving in a few days. I want to say this to him in his own language:

"Merry Christmas"

"Good luck, Carlo"

"I hate plastic" (It's an inside joke lol).

So, how are these written in Tagalog, and how are they pronounced. Thanks in advance.

How do you say "I'm a tomato" in Tagalog?

I'm not Korean, but I'm planning to have my audition at the age of 19 because I'm going to enter a University in performing arts specialty in dance. I can sing but not good, my height is only 4 feet and 11 inches. Do I have a chance to enter the agency? please answer!

The university sees:

A WORLD where the darkness of sin and the night of
Unbelief vanish before the light of the Word and the
Spirit of grace

during the noche buena and media noche meals, what did filipino families talk about?

the forthcoming elections maybe???

FILIPINO NATIVE EPIC STORY

How do you say:

"How was your Christmas jess? Did you do anything fun?"

For people that have learned Tagalog without any Filipino background, How hard is Tagalog? I myself have taken a course in Pilipino/Tagalog and my Grandparents would speak to me in Tagalog so it was easier for me(still learning). For people who have no background how hard is it?

I already speak English and Spanish (Mexican dialect) fluently, and I want to learn another language. I have a lot of Filipino friends, and have been told that filipinos are basically asian mexicans. So, is it a difficult language to learn?

Are there places where I could learn it?
ok, so, in no way did that answer my question. i know they are not mexican. its just a joke, since my mom is mexican, and the girl i was talking to is filipino.

"Mare"

"Sayaw ka na, (Hey Hey)
Ang ganda mong dalaga,
Sayaw ka na, (Hey Hey)
Gusto kitang kasama"

"Bilis na, dali na tayo, tayong dalawa,
Sayaw ka, sunod ka, gusto kitang kasama.
Kaibigan barkada, magsamasama,
Kahit nasaan ka,
